| Decorated and ready to celebrate the new life and hope of Easter. After the 9.30 service there, I went on to Falstone for 11 o'clock, Thorneyburn for 12 o'clock and spent an hour in the beautiful afternoon sun at the Living Church at Kielder Waterside where the willow "walls" are already beginning to sprout into life. |

| St Cuthbert's Bellingham, bare for Good Friday as we held an hour's reflection to commemorate Jesus' death by crucifixion. |

| On Saturday morning (the day intervening between Crucifixion and Resurrection) church decorating began with constructing a stone cave for Jesus' tomb and planting an Easter Garden. |
